FastCase is an easy-to-use, premiere case research tool that The Missouri Bar has negotiated for bar members who are licensed and in good standing. Members are able to access the FastCase service that includes unlimited access to a comprehensive 50-state and federal database of appellate court opinions and other legal materials as part of their bar dues benefits. In addition, Missouri Bar members may choose to access FastCase’s Premium Plan containing opinions of the Federal Districts Courts and Bankruptcy Courts at a negotiated deep discount of $175 per year per attorney.

Help and Training on Fastcase
Case.net provides public access to the Missouri State Courts Automated Case Management System and allows you to inquire on docket entries, parties, judgments, and charges in state courts that have implemented the case management software. All state appellate and circuit courts are included, as are some municipal courts.
