FastCase is an easy-to-use, premiere case research tool that The Missouri Bar has negotiated for bar members who are licensed and in good standing. Members are able to access the FastCase service that includes unlimited access to a comprehensive 50-state and federal database of appellate court opinions and other legal materials as part of their bar dues benefits. In addition, Missouri Bar members may choose to access FastCase’s Premium Plan containing opinions of the Federal Districts Courts and Bankruptcy Courts at a negotiated deep discount of $175 per year per attorney.

Case.net provides public access to the Missouri State Courts Automated Case Management System and allows you to inquire on docket entries, parties, judgments, and charges in state courts that have implemented the case management software. All state appellate and circuit courts are included, as are some municipal courts.
The Supreme Court of Missouri provides a helpful subscription service for online search tools allowing quick retrieval of current allegations of error filed in the appellate court briefs as well as the courts' dispositions of these issues called Missouri Appellate eXtreme, Pending Issues Digest, and Opinion Summary. Looking for the correct criminal jury instruction or charge form? Find the most current Court-approved form searching by name or statute number with an online subscription to the MAI-CR 3d and MACH-CR. Hard-copy versions of online services are also available. The Missouri Bar Lawyer Referral Service links clients to lawyers throughout Missouri, except for St. Louis City and St. Louis County, and Springfield (Greene County). In those areas, people needing attorneys rely on the local bar association lawyer referral service. The service works by screening clients and matching them with attorneys who have signed up for the service. For more information, click here.
